• DSSP, accessibility, pockets with druggability, interfaces, SS patterns, 3D templates and modifications
• In-silico digestion, proteotypic peptides, masses, isotope patterns, spectrum identification, crosslinks and HDX

Each method is checked against its reference program (NCBI BLAST+, TM-align, mkdssp, FreeSASA, hmmsearch, pyteomics, IsoSpecPy, MUSCLE, dca.m).
